Duke of Edinburgh

We are incredibly proud to offer the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) as part of our extra-curricular opportunities. This prestigious programme encourages our students to develop new skills, build resilience, and challenge themselves in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Many of our students have already achieved their Bronze Award, with some going even further to complete their Silver Award—a truly amazing achievement! The DofE journey helps our young people gain independence, confidence, and teamwork skills that will benefit them in all areas of life.

Through activities such as volunteering, physical challenges, skill-building, and expeditions, students push themselves to discover new strengths, work collaboratively, and develop essential life skills. The programme is designed to be adaptable, ensuring that every student, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to succeed.

As our students move on to life beyond school, we hope they continue their DofE journey, taking their experiences forward into adulthood with a sense of pride, achievement, and self-belief.
