Claire - Head Teacher

The Head Teacher takes the strategic lead on the direction of the school and overall quality assurance. She also facilitates the Student and Parent Councils and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Simon - Deputy Head Teacher

The Deputy Headteacher leads on behaviour. He is also the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCO.  

Andrea - School Business Manager

The School Business Manager is responsible for Finance, HR, Administration, Procurement, IT Systems, Compliance and Site Management

Robyn - Assistant Head

With a lead on curriculum and quality assurance of medium term planning. She is also a Deputy Designated Safeguard Lead with a focus on Key Stage 4 and Post 16. She heads up Post 16 and tracks progress towards accreditation and qualification. As well and leading careers education 

Celina - Assistant Head 

With a lead on curriculum and quality assurance of personal learning goals. She is also a Deputy Designated Safeguard Lead with a focus on Key Stage 2 and 3 and LAC pupils. She also tracks progress in the Primary department. As well as leading Maths and Music.

Kate Ullman - Assistant Head

With a lead on EYFS/KS1 and whole school attendance. She is also a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead who lead our provision at Riverside Primary School. As well as leading communication.
