The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) consists of 5 people:

The SLT meet weekly to discuss School strategy.
There are 14 classes at Mill Ford School, with 11 based at Rochford Crescent and 3 based at Morrice Square. Each class has a Teacher and a minimum of three Teaching Assistants. There are also two Higher Level Teaching Assistants who cover teachers for Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
A strong operations team supports the smooth running of the School along with the Site Supervisor, Cleaners and Kitchen Staff.
There is a full-time NHS employed Nurse at Rochford Crescent and staff trained in the health needs of pupils at Morrice Square. Many other professionals support the work of the School, mainly from the health sector.
